  • Do I need insurance for rented equipment?

    We highly recommend purchasing insurance for rental equipment to protect against damage and theft. Some rental companies offer insurance in the rental agreement, and others require you to find your own coverage.

  • Is delivery included in the rental price?

    Delivery is typically available for an additional fee, depending on the distance and size of the equipment. Some rental companies offer free delivery within a specific radius, while others may charge for transportation.

  • What is the minimum rental period?

    The minimum rental period varies by equipment and rental company, usually ranging from daily to weekly or monthly rentals. Discounts are often offered for longer-term rentals.

  • What fees do you charge?

    We charge clear and straightforward fees based on the duration of your rental. Additional charges may apply for delivery and pickup, depending on mileage, as well as any fuel surcharges for empty equipment returned. Lastly, we apply the required environmental fees and taxes set by the state of Texas.

  • How long can I rent your equipment?

    We recognize that every project is unique. That's why we offer both long-term and short-term rental options for all our equipment.

  • Where are you located?

    We are located in Waco, just beyond the lake on North Highway 6.

  • When is the best time to schedule a rental?

    The best time to schedule a rental is during regular business hours, but we also offer weekend rentals by appointment.
